Personal Settings
Manage your account and preferences
Access personal settings from Settings → Personal or the user menu.
Profile
General Information
Update your profile:
- Go to Settings → Personal → General
- Edit:
- Display name
- Profile photo
- Job title
- Contact information
- Save changes
Profile Photo
- Upload a photo (JPG, PNG)
- Recommended size: 200x200px
- Appears in comments, activities, assignments
Security
Password
Change your password:
- Go to Settings → Personal → Security
- Enter current password
- Enter new password (min 8 characters)
- Confirm new password
- Click Update Password
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Enable 2FA
- Go to Security settings
- Click Enable 2FA
- Scan QR code with authenticator app
- Enter verification code
- Save backup codes securely
Disable 2FA
- Go to Security settings
- Click Disable 2FA
- Enter verification code
- Confirm disabling
Note: If organization requires 2FA, you cannot disable it.
Active Sessions
View and manage login sessions:
- See all active sessions
- Device and location info
- Sign out of other sessions
Notifications
Configure notification preferences:
- Email notifications
- In-app notifications
- Notification frequency
Personal Billing
If personal billing is enabled:
- View your subscription
- Manage payment methods
- Access invoices
Danger Zone
Delete Account
Permanently delete your account:
- Go to Settings → Personal → Danger Zone
- Click Delete Account
- Enter password to confirm
- Account and personal data removed
Warning: This cannot be undone. Organization data you created remains.
