Personal Settings

Manage your account and preferences

Access personal settings from Settings → Personal or the user menu.

Profile

General Information

Update your profile:

  1. Go to Settings → Personal → General
  2. Edit:
    • Display name
    • Profile photo
    • Job title
    • Contact information
  3. Save changes

Profile Photo

  • Upload a photo (JPG, PNG)
  • Recommended size: 200x200px
  • Appears in comments, activities, assignments

Security

Password

Change your password:

  1. Go to Settings → Personal → Security
  2. Enter current password
  3. Enter new password (min 8 characters)
  4. Confirm new password
  5. Click Update Password

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enable 2FA

  1. Go to Security settings
  2. Click Enable 2FA
  3. Scan QR code with authenticator app
  4. Enter verification code
  5. Save backup codes securely

Disable 2FA

  1. Go to Security settings
  2. Click Disable 2FA
  3. Enter verification code
  4. Confirm disabling

Note: If organization requires 2FA, you cannot disable it.

Active Sessions

View and manage login sessions:

  • See all active sessions
  • Device and location info
  • Sign out of other sessions

Notifications

Configure notification preferences:

  • Email notifications
  • In-app notifications
  • Notification frequency

Personal Billing

If personal billing is enabled:

  • View your subscription
  • Manage payment methods
  • Access invoices

Danger Zone

Delete Account

Permanently delete your account:

  1. Go to Settings → Personal → Danger Zone
  2. Click Delete Account
  3. Enter password to confirm
  4. Account and personal data removed

Warning: This cannot be undone. Organization data you created remains.
