Pipeline Customization

Configure deal, lead, and project pipeline stages

Customize your pipelines to match your workflow.

Accessing Pipeline Settings

Navigate to Settings → CRM to manage pipeline stages.

Deal Stages

Deal stages track your sales process from initial contact to close.

Managing Stages

  1. Go to Settings → CRM → Deal Stages
  2. Available actions:
    • Add Stage: Click "Add Stage" and enter a name and color
    • Edit Stage: Click on a stage to change its name or color
    • Reorder Stages: Drag and drop stages to change their order
    • Delete Stage: Remove a stage (deals will be moved to another stage)

Default Stages

  • New
  • Discovery
  • Proposal
  • Won
  • In Progress
  • Delivered

Lead Stages

Lead stages help qualify prospects before they become deals.

Managing Stages

  1. Go to Settings → CRM → Lead Stages
  2. Create custom stages like:
    • New Lead
    • Contacted
    • Qualified
    • Converted
    • Lost

Project Stages

Track project progress with custom stages.

Managing Stages

  1. Go to Settings → CRM → Project Stages
  2. Configure stages such as:
    • Planning
    • In Progress
    • Review
    • Completed

Lead Temperatures

Configure temperature categories to qualify leads:

  1. Go to Settings → CRM → Lead Temperatures
  2. Create temperatures like Hot, Warm, Cold with colors

Best Practices

  • Keep stage names short and clear
  • Use colors to quickly identify stages
  • Limit stages to 5-7 for easier management
  • Review and adjust stages as your process evolves
