Break down projects into manageable tasks
Tasks help organize project work into actionable items.
Creating Tasks
- Open a project
- Go to the Tasks tab
- Click Add Task
- Enter task details:
- Title
- Description
- Assignee
- Due date
- Priority
Task Management
Status Tracking
Tasks move through statuses:
- To Do — Not started
- In Progress — Being worked on
- Done — Completed
Assigning Tasks
- Assign tasks to team members
- Filter by assignee to see workload
- Reassign tasks as needed
Due Dates
- Set deadlines for tasks
- View overdue tasks in red
- Sort by due date
Task Views
Access tasks from:
- Project → Tasks tab — Tasks for specific project
- Tasks page — All your assigned tasks across projects

- Keep task titles clear and actionable
- Break large tasks into subtasks
- Set realistic due dates
- Update status regularly
