Tasks

Break down projects into manageable tasks

Tasks help organize project work into actionable items.

Creating Tasks

  1. Open a project
  2. Go to the Tasks tab
  3. Click Add Task
  4. Enter task details:
    • Title
    • Description
    • Assignee
    • Due date
    • Priority

Task Management

Status Tracking

Tasks move through statuses:

  • To Do — Not started
  • In Progress — Being worked on
  • Done — Completed

Assigning Tasks

  • Assign tasks to team members
  • Filter by assignee to see workload
  • Reassign tasks as needed

Due Dates

  • Set deadlines for tasks
  • View overdue tasks in red
  • Sort by due date

Task Views

Access tasks from:

  • Project → Tasks tab — Tasks for specific project
  • Tasks page — All your assigned tasks across projects

Best Practices

  • Keep task titles clear and actionable
  • Break large tasks into subtasks
  • Set realistic due dates
  • Update status regularly
