Organization Settings

Configure your organization's general settings

Manage core organization settings in Settings → Organization → General.

General Information

Organization Name

  • Display name for your organization
  • Appears in navigation and documents
  • Upload your company logo
  • Used in invoices and branding
  • Recommended size: 200x200px

Timezone

  • Sets default timezone for the organization
  • Affects scheduling and date displays

Default Currency

  • Primary currency for deals and invoices
  • Can be overridden per transaction

Contact Information

Business Address

  • Used in invoices and documents
  • Include street, city, postal code, country

Contact Email

  • Primary organization email
  • Used for system notifications

Phone Number

  • Organization contact number

File Uploads

Navigate to Settings → Organization → File Uploads:

Storage Limits

  • View current storage usage
  • Upgrade plan for more space

Upload Limits

  • Maximum file size per upload
  • Allowed file types

Danger Zone

Navigate to Settings → Danger Zone:

Delete Organization

  • Permanently removes all organization data
  • Requires owner confirmation
  • Cannot be undone

Warning: Deletion removes:

  • All CRM data (leads, deals, contacts)
  • All projects and tasks
  • All invoices and costs
  • All team member access
