Companies

Manage business accounts and organizations

Companies represent the organizations you do business with.

Company List

Access companies from Companies in the sidebar. View:

  • Company name and industry
  • Primary contact
  • Active deals and projects
  • Revenue information

Creating Companies

  1. Click New Company
  2. Enter company details:
    • Company name
    • Industry and size
    • Website and contact info
    • Address
  3. Click Create

Company Profile

Each company includes:

  • Overview — Key company information
  • Contacts — People at the company
  • Deals — Sales opportunities
  • Projects — Active work
  • Activity — Interaction timeline
  • Files — Related documents

Managing Companies

Adding Contacts

  1. Open the company
  2. Go to Contacts tab
  3. Click Add Contact
  4. Create new or link existing contact

Tracking Deals

  • View all deals with the company
  • See total pipeline value
  • Track win/loss history

Company Hierarchy

For enterprise accounts:

  • Set parent/child company relationships
  • View consolidated activity
  • Track across subsidiaries

Company Insights

The company profile shows:

  • Total revenue from deals
  • Number of active projects
  • Last interaction date
  • Relationship health

Best Practices

  • Complete company profiles fully
  • Link all relevant contacts
