Contacts

Manage your customer and prospect contacts

Contacts store information about individuals you interact with.

Contact List

Access contacts from Contacts in the sidebar. View:

  • Contact name and details
  • Associated company
  • Recent activity
  • Linked deals and projects

Creating Contacts

  1. Click New Contact
  2. Enter contact details:
    • Name and job title
    • Email and phone
    • Company association
    • Address (optional)
  3. Click Create

Contact Details

Each contact profile includes:

  • Basic Info — Name, title, contact methods
  • Company — Associated organization
  • Deals — Related opportunities
  • Activity — Interaction history
  • Notes — Personal notes and comments

Managing Contacts

Editing

  1. Open the contact
  2. Click Edit
  3. Update information
  4. Save changes

Linking to Companies

Associate contacts with companies:

  1. Open the contact
  2. Select or create a company
  3. The contact appears in the company's contact list

Communication

  • View email history in the contact profile
  • Click email address to compose new email
  • Call directly from phone number

Import/Export

Importing Contacts

  1. Go to Contacts
  2. Click Import
  3. Upload CSV file with contact data
  4. Map fields and confirm

Exporting

  1. Select contacts to export
  2. Click Export
  3. Choose format (CSV, Excel)

Best Practices

  • Keep contact information up to date
  • Add notes after each interaction
  • Link contacts to relevant deals
  • Use tags for segmentation
