AI Settings

Configure AI features and usage limits

Manage AI settings in Settings → Organization → AI.

AI Features

Your organization can use AI for:

  • OCR — Document text extraction
  • Invoice Processing — Automatic invoice data extraction
  • Cost Document Processing — Expense recognition
  • Specification Assistant — Project specification generation
  • AI Chatbot — Intelligent assistance

Usage Tracking

Current Usage

View AI usage statistics:

  • Tokens used this month
  • Cost to date
  • Breakdown by feature
  • Trend over time

Usage Details

Go to AI Usage tab:

  • Per-user breakdown
  • Per-feature usage
  • Daily/weekly/monthly views

Budget Limits

Setting Budgets

  1. Go to Settings → Organization → AI
  2. Set monthly budget limit
  3. Configure warning threshold (e.g., 80%)
  4. Choose action when limit reached:
    • Warn only
    • Block new requests

Budget Alerts

Receive notifications when:

  • Approaching budget limit
  • Budget exceeded
  • Unusual usage detected

AI Models

Configure which models are used:

  • Default text model
  • Vision model for OCR
  • Cost optimization settings
