Manage AI settings in Settings → Organization → AI.
AI Features
Your organization can use AI for:
- OCR — Document text extraction
- Invoice Processing — Automatic invoice data extraction
- Cost Document Processing — Expense recognition
- Specification Assistant — Project specification generation
- AI Chatbot — Intelligent assistance
Usage Tracking
Current Usage
View AI usage statistics:
- Tokens used this month
- Cost to date
- Breakdown by feature
- Trend over time
Usage Details
Go to AI Usage tab:
- Per-user breakdown
- Per-feature usage
- Daily/weekly/monthly views
Budget Limits
Setting Budgets
- Go to Settings → Organization → AI
- Set monthly budget limit
- Configure warning threshold (e.g., 80%)
- Choose action when limit reached:
- Warn only
- Block new requests
Budget Alerts
Receive notifications when:
- Approaching budget limit
- Budget exceeded
- Unusual usage detected
AI Models
Configure which models are used:
- Default text model
- Vision model for OCR
- Cost optimization settings
