Projects Overview

Manage projects from deals to delivery

Projects help you track work from deal closure to final delivery.

Creating Projects

Projects can be created in two ways:

  1. From a Deal: Convert a won deal into a project
  2. Standalone: Create a project directly from the Projects page

Project Structure

Each project includes:

  • Details — Name, description, client, and assigned team
  • Stages — Track project progress through customizable stages
  • Tasks — Break down work into manageable tasks
  • Deliverables — Track project outputs
  • Specifications — AI-assisted project specifications
  • Files — Attach documents and resources

Project Stages

Move projects through stages like:

  • Planning
  • In Progress
  • Review
  • Completed

Configure stages in Settings → CRM → Project Stages.

Linking to Deals

Projects linked to deals inherit:

  • Client/company information
  • Contact details
  • Related files and communications

Quick Actions

  • View all projects: Projects in sidebar
  • Create new project: Click New Project
  • View project details: Click on any project card
