Projects Overview
Manage projects from deals to delivery
Projects help you track work from deal closure to final delivery.
Creating Projects
Projects can be created in two ways:
- From a Deal: Convert a won deal into a project
- Standalone: Create a project directly from the Projects page
Project Structure
Each project includes:
- Details — Name, description, client, and assigned team
- Stages — Track project progress through customizable stages
- Tasks — Break down work into manageable tasks
- Deliverables — Track project outputs
- Specifications — AI-assisted project specifications
- Files — Attach documents and resources
Project Stages
Move projects through stages like:
- Planning
- In Progress
- Review
- Completed
Configure stages in Settings → CRM → Project Stages.
Linking to Deals
Projects linked to deals inherit:
- Client/company information
- Contact details
- Related files and communications
Quick Actions
- View all projects: Projects in sidebar
- Create new project: Click New Project
- View project details: Click on any project card
