Deals

Manage your sales pipeline and opportunities

Deals track sales opportunities from initial contact to close.

Deal Pipeline

Access deals from Deals in the sidebar. The pipeline view shows:

  • Deals organized by stage
  • Deal values and expected close dates
  • Visual progress through your sales process

Creating Deals

  1. Click New Deal from the Deals page
  2. Enter deal information:
    • Deal name and value
    • Associated company and contacts
    • Expected close date
    • Initial stage
  3. Click Create

Deal Stages

Configure stages in Settings → CRM → Deal Stages:

  • New — Initial stage
  • Discovery — Understanding needs
  • Proposal — Presenting solution
  • Negotiation — Discussing terms
  • Won — Successfully closed
  • Lost — Did not close

Deal Details

Each deal includes tabs for:

  • Overview — Key information and status
  • Activity — Timeline of all interactions
  • Emails — Related email communications
  • Files — Attached documents
  • Payment Plans — Payment scheduling
  • Projects — Linked project work
  • Reminders — Follow-up scheduling

Deal Actions

Moving Stages

Drag deals between stages in the pipeline view, or:

  1. Open the deal
  2. Click the stage dropdown
  3. Select new stage

Linking Contacts

Associate multiple contacts with a deal:

  1. Open deal details
  2. Add contacts from the company
  3. Set primary contact

Creating Projects

Convert won deals to projects:

  1. Open the deal
  2. Go to Projects tab
  3. Click Create Project

Reporting

View deal statistics on your dashboard:

  • Pipeline value by stage
  • Win/loss rates
  • Average deal size
  • Sales velocity
