Currencies

Configure multi-currency support

Manage currencies in Settings → Organization → Currencies.

Default Currency

Set your organization's primary currency:

  1. Select default currency from dropdown
  2. This is used for reporting and totals
  3. All amounts can be converted to default

Available Currencies

Enable currencies you work with:

  • USD — US Dollar
  • EUR — Euro
  • GBP — British Pound
  • CZK — Czech Koruna
  • And many more...

Adding Currencies

  1. Click Add Currency
  2. Select currency from list
  3. Set exchange rate (optional)
  4. Currency appears in dropdowns

Removing Currencies

  1. Click the currency
  2. Select Remove
  3. Existing records keep their currency

Exchange Rates

Manual Rates

Set rates manually:

  1. Go to currency settings
  2. Click Edit Rate
  3. Enter current rate
  4. Save

Automatic Updates

If configured:

  • Rates update daily
  • Uses reliable exchange rate sources
  • History is preserved

Using Multiple Currencies

In Deals

  • Select currency when creating deal
  • Value shown in original and default currency
  • Conversion at current rate

In Invoices

  • Invoice currency matches deal
  • Bank account in same currency preferred
  • Exchange rate shown if different

In Reports

  • All values converted to default currency
  • Original currency preserved
  • Historical rates used for accuracy

Currency Display

Configure how currencies appear:

  • Symbol position (before/after)
  • Decimal places
  • Thousands separator
