Leads

Track and qualify potential customers

Leads represent potential customers who have shown interest in your products or services.

Lead Overview

Access leads from Leads in the sidebar. Each lead displays:

  • Contact information
  • Lead stage and temperature
  • Assigned team member
  • Activity history

Creating Leads

  1. Click New Lead from the Leads page
  2. Fill in lead details:
    • Name and contact info
    • Company (optional)
    • Source (how they found you)
    • Initial stage and temperature
  3. Assign to a team member
  4. Click Create

Lead Stages

Leads progress through stages you define in Pipeline Settings:

  • New Lead
  • Contacted
  • Qualified
  • Converted (becomes a Deal)
  • Lost

Lead Temperatures

Qualify leads with temperature ratings:

  • Hot — Ready to buy, high priority
  • Warm — Interested, needs nurturing
  • Cold — Low priority, long-term prospect

Configure temperatures in Settings → CRM → Lead Temperatures.

Lead Actions

Converting to Deal

When a lead is qualified:

  1. Open the lead
  2. Click Convert to Deal
  3. Set deal value and stage
  4. The lead becomes a deal in your pipeline

Nurturing

Use the Nurturing tab to:

  • Schedule follow-up tasks
  • Add notes and activities
  • Track communication history

Reminders

Set reminders for follow-ups:

  1. Go to Reminders tab
  2. Click Add Reminder
  3. Set date/time and description
