Team Members

Invite and manage your team

Manage team members in Settings → Members.

Viewing Members

The members list shows:

  • Name and email
  • Role assignment
  • Join date
  • Last active

Inviting Members

  1. Click Invite Member
  2. Enter email address
  3. Select role to assign
  4. Click Send Invitation

The invitee receives an email with:

  • Invitation link
  • Organization name
  • Instructions to join

Managing Roles

Changing Roles

  1. Find the member in the list
  2. Click their current role
  3. Select new role from dropdown
  4. Changes apply immediately

Available Roles

  • Owner — Full access (one per organization)
  • Admin — Manage settings and members
  • Member — Standard CRM access

Removing Members

  1. Find the member
  2. Click Remove
  3. Confirm removal

Removed members:

  • Lose access immediately
  • Their data remains (activities, notes)
  • Can be re-invited later

Pending Invitations

View and manage invitations:

  • See pending invites
  • Resend invitation emails
  • Cancel invitations

Transfer Ownership

To transfer organization ownership:

  1. Owner goes to Settings → Members
  2. Find the new owner
  3. Click Transfer Ownership
  4. Confirm with password

Note: Only the current owner can transfer ownership.
